Hey everybody! It's been a bit. I was doing so good at posting regularly. And then school got cancelled and quarantine... so.... just haven't had much time, or motivation if I'm being honest.


So this health update vlog is a bit out of date... but I still wanted to share it and still have it in my mind to keep working on this. I haven't done great, but I did get in a habit of exercising regularly and had a plan of action... again... before everything shut down. HOWEVER, I will find a way to work exercise back into my day again. I just haven't figured it out quite yet. Homeschooling is no joke. Having your kids full time is also no joke. But we're making the most of it. I hope everyone is surviving during this crazy time!
