Life has been so crazy lately... but honestly, it's been pretty crazy good, so I really can't complain too much. I finally got around to recording my latest song I wrote back at the end of July and posting it. Sadly, I realized after that the piano is too loud... but that's what ya get, so what can I say?

This song is about the cycles we all have a tendency to get into. There are times in our lives when certain experiences may throw us into some kind of cycle. They are different for everyone. This can often lead us to feel like the same thing continues to happen to us over and over and over again.

It's a lot easier to spot and know how to "fix" other people's "cycle's" than it is our own. We regain our power and control over our lives when we are able to stop focusing on what someone else is doing and begin to focus and understand why certain things in our own lives continue to go a certain way. It is only then that we are able to use our power to choose, to choose differently from what we have normally done to allow ourselves greater opportunities and growth. It's a leap of faith, and it can be really hard to break out of it, but at the end of the day the only person who can do that for us, is ourselves. We get to make the choice.
